She walked us through the packages with great detail and advised us on the best selection based on our vision and needs. She then explained what the process would look like over the next year. She was available via text quite promptly for any additional questions, and believe me we had a ton. Lily was fantastic to work with. After we secured our location, we got a team lead to manage the travel and accommodation needs for us and our guests, Jasmine. Jasmine explained more in detail about the booking link and has been available for any questions that have arise via text and email. She has been very helpful when figuring out the logistics of booking, price matching and all things travel. We are thankful to have someone so attentive and supportive overseeing the travel for our event. We also have someone managing the communications between us and the resort. Vicky has been outstanding. She communicates clearly and ensure all of our questions and concerns are answered by the venue. By utilizing Destify, the vendors respond much quicker to their agents than when we have emailed on our own. We have been enjoying every moment of Vicky’s service. We have had quite a few guests, including ourselves, use the price matching feature, adjust room category, email for accidental mishaps and more. There have been quite a few very helpful staff that have assisted the group thus far. All of them have been extremely kind and eager to help. Kevin, Daniela, Mariflo, Helen, and Shannon have been phenomenal in assisting us and our guests for our every need. Overall, we have deeply enjoyed our experience and look forward to continuing our journey toward our destination June 2027 wedding! The Destify team has truly made the process significantly more stress free and all we have is excitement!

price, however I did not see the email they sent back requesting for a little more information on the price match, which was about $100 cheaper. When I finally spoke to someone due to my busy schedule, (nothing on them) I went back to Priceline however, the room I booked was no longer there so I could not provide the information needed. I changed my room size and found a lower price. The room change was much better than my original booking. When I provided a new price match, they could not honor it because of the site I used. They were very apologetic to me, though it was no fault of theirs and Jose searched for the lowest price possible and was still able to save me about $100 on my new room. That type of Customer Service I really appreciate so thank you Jose.

resort. That part can feel extremely overwhelming when you’re starting from scratch, and honestly, without Destify, I wouldn’t have known where to begin. They made the process feel organized and even enjoyable. We were able to share what we liked and didn’t like, and they would come back with new resort options tailored to us. Going through that back-and-forth helped us understand what we actually wanted in a destination wedding, things we wouldn’t have thought about on our own. Destify was very easy to work with from the beginning. As soon as I reached out, I was contacted quickly and we got the planning process started right away. They also helped us choose the resort—we didn’t even have a set destination in mind beyond maybe “somewhere in Mexico,” so their guidance was really valuable in narrowing everything down. Communication was great throughout the entire process. We usually received responses within 24 hours, and both myself and my guests felt supported when we had questions or needed changes. We made a couple of room changes, and I also helped a guest make adjustments on their booking, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. In terms of stress, Destify actually helped reduce it significantly. Just having a starting point took away the most overwhelming part of planning a destination wedding. From there, everything felt much more manageable. Travel and booking arrangements went smoothly overall, and we didn’t run into any major issues. Any changes we needed were handled easily, which made the process feel flexible and organized. Once we got to the resort, the coordination was also great. Destify handled the transition between us and the resort wedding team, and the onsite coordinator took over from there and helped bring our vision to life. Everything ran smoothly once we arrived. The main downside we experienced was with the price match feature. While Destify was responsive when I personally asked questions, and some requests were handled well, the process was not as simple or clear-cut as it was presented. Some guests had difficulty getting price matches approved, and the responses they received sometimes made the process feel more complicated than expected. In some cases, guests were told price matching was only available under specific conditions, which led to confusion and, unfortunately, some people choosing not to book through Destify. That was the most frustrating part of the experience. Despite that, I would still recommend Destify, especially to anyone who has no idea where to start with a destination wedding. That initial guidance and support is incredibly valuable. They give you direction, options, and structure, which makes what feels like an overwhelming process much more manageable. Knowing what I know now, I would still say Destify is a great starting point for planning a destination wedding.  After we placed our deposit on the wedding package and our room, Sandra had been our immediate contact from there and she was great to work with!

o move forward because our wedding involves guests traveling from multiple countries and we decided to pursue a different planning approach, Sophia was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable from start to finish. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, preemptively provided thoughtful venue recommendations, and was always quick to answer questions and offer guidance.

the resort, and they provided great customer service when it came to managing our guests' hotel rooms. For the guests themselves, the booking process was easy and straight forward. However, managing the backend as the planner was a nightmare. The platform is not built for smooth communication; I couldn't even send out a mass message to only guests who RSVP'ed YES. The guest count was never accurate, and the RSVP collection process is highly confusing. To make matters worse, they changed how they counted "plus ones" without ever notifying me- I only found out after reaching out to ask why my numbers were suddenly wrong. Finally, the experience felt completely impersonal. I just received rigid, automated emails every couple of months that offered no personal touch. If you just need a portal for guest room bookings, they do the job. But if you are looking for an intuitive, personalized dashboard to manage your wedding logistics without constant headaches, I would look elsewhere.

. The hotel I chose was a recommendation from them and I couldn't be happier. My wedding specialist, Alexandra, was extremely helpful and available whenever I had questions or concerns. The wedding website platform they use was so easy for myself and my guests. I would definitely recommend Destify when planning a destination wedding!
